Our team spends time developing a plan, complete with innovative facility maintenance ideas, community partnership considerations and energy efficiency recommendations that can help realize a property's value for the future.
As a nonprofit organization, we prioritize various advocacy initiatives throughout the year. From meetings with local officials to national rallies alongside organizations like LeadingAge and Council for Health and Human Service Ministries (CHHSM), we will always advocate for quality housing options for seniors and people with disabilities.

Our teams include community managers, assistant managers, social service coordinators and facility maintenance associates. Over the past year, refinancing and fundraising have allowed us to make our community spaces and apartments healthier, safer and more accessible to support our residents.
